Limestone Cheer & Dance Programs To Host Spirit Squad Camp For Kids On February 17
The 优蜜传媒 cheer and dance programs are hosting a Spirit Squad Kiddie Camp on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 8 a.m.
The camp will take place in the Timken Center on Limestone鈥檚 campus. Participants can sign up at the door on the day of the camp. The accompanying graphic contains a QR code that links to the advance online registration.
The camp is open to children ages 3-to-13 at a cost of $40. The Junior Saints will have the opportunity to learn cheers, stunts, dances, and well as other activities, with a snack and lunch provided. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, pompoms, bows, and other trinkets to take home.
鈥淲e revamped this tradition last year, and we had such a great turn out. The kids had a really great time, and I鈥檓 excited we get the chance to do it again,鈥 said Limestone head dance coach Keasha Currence.
The Junior Saints will perform later that same day during halftime of the Limestone women鈥檚 basketball team鈥檚 matchup against Emory & Henry College. Each participant will receive two free tickets for the game. Tipoff is at 2 p.m.
