For the second year in a row, the Limestone Saints have claimed the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) Tournament Championship. The top-seeded Saints overcame the 6-seeded Lenoir-Rhyne Bears with a decisive 5-2 victory at the Matthews Sportsplex.

The 2024 South Atlantic Conference (SAC) women's soccer awards highlighted the exceptional performance of ÓÅÃÛ´«Ã½'s players. Limestone had two athletes named to the All-Conference teams, showcasing their talent and contributions throughout the season.

ROCK HILL, S.C.– The 2024 South Atlantic Conference (SAC) men's soccer awards highlighted the exceptional performance of ÓÅÃÛ´«Ã½'s players. Limestone led the way with six players named to the First Team All-Conference, showcasing their dominance in the league. Limestone's impressive showing with nine players making the All-Conference teams truly highlights the depth and talent within their squad. This level of recognition not only underscores the individual skills of the players but also reflects the team's collective determination and hard work throughout the season.

The Limestone Saints Men's Soccer team has earned the top seed in Super Region 2 for the 2024 NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championship. Following their triumphant 5-2 victory over Lenoir-Rhyne in the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) Championship, the Saints have solidified their position as a formidable contender in the national tournament.

ÓÅÃÛ´«Ã½, will host the 2024 Division II Field Hockey National Championship at Saints Field. The event will feature two national semifinal games and the national title game on November 22nd and 24th. This is a significant opportunity for Limestone to showcase its facilities and will positively impact the local economy.

Mathews, N.C.- Men's Soccer took home the 2024 South Atlantic Conference Championship title Sunday 5-2 over Lenoir-Rhyne. Both teams played excellently throughout the match, however, the Saints talent and determination helped them secure the win. The Saints have now gone back-to-back SAC Champions.

Gaffney, SC- Men's basketball was home to take on out of conference opponent Mid-Atlantic Christian. Limestone led 95% of the game taking down the Mustangs 84-67. Mid-Atlantic Christian's defense could not corral the Saint's offense. Limestone rises to (3-1, SAC 0-0) Mid-Atlantic Christian falls to (1-2,0-0)

Gaffney, SC- ÓÅÃÛ´«Ã½'s football team improved to 8-3 overall and 7-2 in the South Atlantic Conference on Saturday, Nov. 16, as the Saints handled Mars Hill 31-26 victory on Senior Day at Saints Field.

Shippensburg, PA- Field hockey made their Nationals debut against Shippensburg and fell short in a tough match 3-2. The Saints were on the defense for the majority of the game with Shippensburg offense put multiple shots up and looked strong throughout the game.

Mathews, N.C.- Men's Soccer took down Mars Hill in the South Atlantic Conference Semifinals 4-2. The Saints controlled the ball for most of the game, however Mars Hill's strong offense did not let up through the match. Limestone advances to the South Atlantic Conference finals on Sunday against Lenoir-Rhyne kickoff will be at 1:00 p.m..

Gaffney, SC- ÓÅÃÛ´«Ã½ is thrilled to welcome John D. Kuchta (JD) as the new Assistant Sports Information Director. JD brings a rich background in sports communication, having held various roles that have honed his skills and expertise.

Gaffney, SC- Field hockey will make their debut in the national tournament after clinching the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) title in a thrilling penalty shootout against Mount Olive 2-1. This victory not only secured their first conference championship but also punched their ticket to the national tournament, marking a significant milestone in the program's history.

Gaffney, SC- Men's basketball took care of the business at home with an 85-74 victory over Southern Wesleyan. It was a great out of conference match up played in Timken Center moving the men's record to (2-1, SAC 0-0).

Gaffney, SC - Women's Basketball team caught fire on Wednesday night, putting over 100 points on the board for the first time since December of 2022. Limestone led for the entire game, SWU's defense had no answer to the Saints' hot shooting as the game ended with a score of 101-69. Limestone rises to (3-0, SAC 0-0), Southern Wesleyan falls to (0-3, CC 0-0).

Emmanuel, G.A.-The ÓÅÃÛ´«Ã½ wrestling team traveled to Emmanuel to take on the Lions. The Saints lost the match 36-10. Limestone falls to (1-1, 1-1 CC) Emmanuel stands at (1-1, 1-1 CC)

Gaffney, S.C.- Volleyball returned home for a South Atlantic Conference match against Carson-Newman. The Saints dropped a set early, then dominated the rest of the game. The Saints stand at (7-14, 6-12 SAC) and Carson-Newman sits at (16-9, 12-5 SAC).

Spartanburg, SC- Limestone men's Cross country competed in this year's 2024 NCAA Division 2 Southeast Championship 10k. The race occurred in Milliken Research Park with Wingate taking the men's regional. Xander Love was the only participant.
