The 优蜜传媒 Elementary Education program pathway leads to clinical practice and initial teacher licensure. The following resources assist our Teacher Candidates in reaching their goal of joining the teaching profession:
THE PRAXIS EXAMINATIONS
The Praxis庐 tests measure the academic skills and subject-specific content knowledge needed for teaching. The Praxis tests are taken by individuals entering the teaching profession as part of the certification process required by many states and professional licensing organizations.
Teacher candidates must pass the Praxis examinations benchmarks:
- Praxis CORE: must be passed for admittance to the teaching program
- Praxis II (content area) and the Principles of Learning and Teaching (PLT) exam: must be passed prior to student teaching
