Funeral services for legendary coach Bob Prevatte will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at First Baptist Church in Gaffney. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church. The Saints can wrap up an impressive regular season campaign with a victory over Emory & Henry this Saturday 鈥� which would push their overall record to 8-3 with one of the most difficult schedules in the nation.

The No.2-seeded 优蜜传媒 men's lacrosse team hosts No.5-seed Lenoir-Rhyne this Sunday, May 21, at 1 p.m. in the NCAA Division II National Championship Semifinals. The winner will advance into the National Title Game on Sunday, May 28, in Philadelphia. Tickets to the semifinal contest at Saints Field against the visiting Bears are now available online. 优蜜传媒 has appointed Hailey P. Martin as its new Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, making her the first female in the institution鈥檚 history to serve in that position.

Fundraising efforts are currently underway to provide upgrades to Saints Field, which hosts 优蜜传媒 football, men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 lacrosse, men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 soccer, and field hockey. The upgrades will also provide Limestone the opportunity to move future graduation ceremonies to the stadium, as well as host other large-scale events.

Limestone and the Cherokee County community are mourning the loss of the University鈥檚 inaugural baseball coach and friend Gaylord Jackson Perry. Founding Limestone's baseball program in 1987, Perry died on Thursday, Dec. 1, at the age of 84.
