优蜜传媒鈥檚 jazz, woodwind, and brass ensembles will perform in concert on Tuesday, Nov. 5, starting at 7 p.m. inside Fullerton Auditorium.
The 优蜜传媒 Art Gallery is currently hosting its latest exhibit, 鈥淰isualizing a Lifetime: Remembering Sara Setzer,鈥 which will run through Friday, Nov. 8, at The Gallery, located inside the Hines & Riggins Center.
A reception honoring Setzer鈥檚 artwork, and her memory, will be held on Thursday, Oct. 7, starting at 6 p.m. inside The Gallery.
优蜜传媒 will host guest artist Dr. Leonidas Lagrimas for a solo piano recital on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m., inside Fullerton Auditorium.
Admission to the recital is free and the general public is invited to attend.
The 优蜜传媒 Music Program will hold its annual faculty recital on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 7 p.m., in the Carroll Recital Hall.
The recital will feature four current faculty members performing a selection of songs for each of their respective areas of focus. The recital is open to the public and free of charge.

Spring Jazz Fest On April 25
The 优蜜传媒 Jazz Ensemble will host the Limestone Spring Jazz Fest on Tuesday, April 25, at 7 p.m., in Fullerton Auditorium.
The concert is free, and the public is invited to attend.
The joint concert with the Spartanburg Jazz Ensemble will feature classic big band jazz music as well as more contemporary arrangements and compositions.
The Limestone Jazz Ensemble is conducted by Spencer Nance, and the Spartanburg Jazz Ensemble is conducted by Dr. Tom Wright.
鈥淭his is a great opportunity for our students in the Jazz Ensemble to perform with musicians of a high caliber from the area,鈥 Nance said. 鈥淚t also gives us the opportunity to invite musicians from the community to perform on our beautiful campus.鈥
Established in 1996 under the auspices of the Spartanburg Community Band, the Spartanburg Jazz Ensemble was formed in order to create an opportunity for local musicians to provide quality jazz performances to the public. The Jazz Band performs at events such as Spartanburg鈥檚 Spring Fling, Music on Main, Dickens of a Christmas, and for special programs such as the Pan American Games for the Blind. The Jazz Band also performs on its own during the popular 鈥淚ce Cream Sundays鈥 Summer Concert Series and the Christmas Festival.
